Japan Federation of Bar Association visit Jakarta 2014
- Visit to Central Jakarta District Court
13 members of Japan Federation of Bar Association(“JFBA”) and 3 lawyers from Maulana and Partners Law Firm visited the Central Jakarta District Court on November 17,2014. The delegations met the Judges of Commercial Court (Mr. Bambang Kustopo, Mrs. Titiek Tedyaningsih and Mr. Djamaludin Samosir) to discussed and learned about the Indonesian Court system, and share both countries’court system.The several points of discussion was concerning the procedural law in Indonesia, intellectual property rights, Indonesian advocate and others which related to the Indonesian law, as well as the Japan law.

The Japan Federation of Bar Association delegationswent to Faculty of Lawat theUniversity ofIndonesia to delivera general lecture for theIntellectual Property classon November 19,2014and the students showed their positive feedback as well as their enthusiasm in understanding the IP System in Japan.
